Kurulfun Terms of Service

1. Welcome

These Terms are an agreement between you and Gizzat Tazabekov, an individual based in Odessa, Florida, United States ("Kurulfun", "we"), for using Kurulfun at kurulfun.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Kurulfun.

2. Who can use Kurulfun

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you're under the age where the law where you live lets you agree to these Terms on your own (for example, 16 in some EU countries), you must have a parent's or guardian's permission. To sign in and host rooms you must be at least 13, with the same parental permission where required. You must be allowed to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts and guests

• Guests can join a room from an invite link without an account.
• Hosting a room requires signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure.
• We may change or stop offering sign-in options.

4. Rooms and invite links

Hosts create rooms and share invite links. Anyone with a link can join while there's space and the game hasn't started, or watch if the host allows spectators. Only share links with people you want in your room. Hosts may end their room at any time.

5. Your content

"Your content" means your nickname, drawings, chat messages and guesses.

• You keep any rights you have in your content.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display and adapt your content only as needed to run and improve the Service (for example, showing your drawing to your room). We will only use drawings in our marketing with the players' permission.
• You're responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

6. Play nice (acceptable use)

Kurulfun is meant to be cozy. Don't:

• harass, threaten or bully other players, or post hate speech;
• share sexual content involving minors (we report it), or other illegal content;
• post other people's personal information;
• use nicknames that impersonate others or are deliberately offensive;
• spam, cheat with bots or scripts, or disrupt rooms or our servers;
• try to break into, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or get around its limits;
• use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission.

There's no automatic chat filter at launch. To report someone who breaks these rules, email us at hello@kurulfun.com with the room code and what happened. We may remove content, end rooms, or suspend or ban users and accounts that break these Terms.

7. Our stuff

The Service, including the Kurulfun name, logo, pencil-sketch art, word packs and software, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the Service as intended.

8. Free service; changes

Kurulfun is currently free. We may add, change or remove features (including games, languages and word packs), or suspend or end the Service, at any time. If paid features are added later, separate terms will apply.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Google (sign-in), Vercel, Cloudflare, PostHog and Sentry. Their services are governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or lag-free. We aren't responsible for what other players post.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Since Kurulfun is free, that's US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your content or by your breaking these Terms. This doesn't apply where mandatory consumer law in your country forbids it.

14. Ending things

You can stop using Kurulfun at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@kurulfun.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections 5 (the license, for content already shared), 7, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, notify signed-in users by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them.

17. Languages

These Terms are available in English, Russian and Kazakh. If a translated version (Russian, Kazakh) differs from the English version, the English version governs.
